The Kael Voice AI 5-Call Guarantee applies to new customers who complete the $99 Revenue Recovery Audit and continue into the monthly service.

What we guarantee

If Kael Voice AI does not book at least 5 real appointments for your business in your first 30 days after go-live, we will refund your $99 audit and waive your first monthly service charge.

What counts as a booked call

A booked call means a real customer appointment successfully captured by the live system and recorded in the agreed booking workflow or calendar path.

What you must do

• Keep the system live on your real business number during the measurement period
• Provide accurate business details, service area, and booking availability during setup
• Allow us reasonable access to booking and call records needed to verify performance
• Use normal follow-up practices on booked leads so valid appointments are not lost because of internal non-response

What is not covered

• Spam, test calls, duplicate calls, or non-customer traffic
• Periods where the line is disconnected, forwarding is disabled, or the booking path is manually changed outside the agreed setup
• Lead volume problems caused by no inbound call activity at all

How to claim it

Email kael.builds.business@gmail.com within 7 days after the first 30-day period ends. We will review the call and booking record and process the guarantee if the terms were met.

Plain-English intent

This guarantee exists to remove risk, not create fine-print games. If the system does not produce real booking movement in the first month under a normal live setup, we make it right.
